Accused Shooter Pleads Not Guilty Of Killing 3-Year-Old Girl

A Milwaukee man has pleaded not guilty to charges he shot a three-year-old girl to death.  Police say Antonio Bratcher fired the fatal shot which killed Brooklyn Harris during a road rage incident.  He is charged with first-degree reckless homicide and five counts of recklessly endangering safety.  Bratcher fled the scene of the shooting two weeks ago and was found hiding under a porch.
