A southwest side Manitowoc street is now closed to enable a water service repair. Chad Scheinoha, Operations Division Manager for the Department of Public Infrastructure, says South 30th Street, between Calumet Avenue & Custer Street, is closed to traffic today. Scheinoha anticipates the streets will be reopened by 4:00 this afternoon.
