A silver alert has been issued for the following individual who is missing and believed to have dementia or some other cognitive impairment. Richard Tierney is a 79-year-old white male who is 6 feet tall and weighs 200 pounds. Richard has gray hair and blue eyes. It is unknown what he was last seen wearing. Richard was last seen in Neenah Wisconsin. He drives a white 2005 Park Avenue Ultra Buick with a WI license plate of 737WLZ. If you come in contact with MR. Tierney, please call 911 immediately.
