GoFundMe Campaign Raises $65K For Man Hurt While Fixing Storm Damage

A worker who was fixing storm damage in Wisconsin Rapids is said to be recovering from spinal fractures, but Brian Ortner is paralyzed from the waist down.  Ortner was injured Saturday when a tree limb hit him in the back.  He was clearing debris from telephone lines at the time of the accident.  A GoFundMe campaign set up to cover medical expenses has already raised 65-thousand dollars.
