The driver of a vehicle involved in a head-on crash with a tree this morning had to be transported to St. Nicholas Hospital via Orange Cross Ambulance. According to SGT Anthony Blodgett of the Sheboygan County Sheriff’s Office, the crash occurred just after 6:30 this morning on State Highway 32 south of County Road I in the Town of Lima. The southbound driver went off the roadway and crashed into a tree. The Sheriff’s Department is not sure what caused the man to leave the roadway. The name of the driver has not been released, and the extent of his injuries is not known at this time.
