Home Buyers Find Wisconsin Is A Seller’s Market

The Wisconsin Realtors Association reports home sales dropped almost 10 percent last month.  Normally, June is the busiest month of the year.  The average selling price for a Wisconsin property was more than 200-thousand dollars.  The Association says there are fewer homes available and that is a factor in rising prices — making this a seller’s market.
