The Manitowoc Police Department is asking for the public to help identify a suspect in a retail theft case. The man was wearing brown shorts, a yellow shirt with white in the top portion, and a white, black and yellow hat. He drove away in a black Honda, with the license plate AFK 9030. In a Facebook post, the Department said that “The subject is not the registered owner of the vehicle that he drove away in.
