Boozer in Court After Allegedly Assaulting Nursing Home Residents

The man accused of abusing nursing home residents will be in Sheboygan County Circuit Court today. 66 year old David Boozer was hit with four felonies last week following a pair of incidents on July 7^th, where he reportedly struck and dragged a resident to get them into their room. The coworker who reported Boozer, says that this had happened around 20 times in the past to several residents, and that he had been reported for negligence to the nursing home’s administration previously. Boozer also reportedly would refuse to give medication to dying patients. He remains in jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
