There is a strong connection between the Wisconsin Badgers basketball program and U-W La Crosse. Badger coach Greg Gard will headline a fundraiser in September as part of his “Garding Against Cancer” initiative. He’s raising money for people impacted by cancer in the Coulee Region. Then, the Badgers will host the U-W-La Crosse Eagles November 1st in an exhibition basketball game.
