Milwaukee Suspect Held In Road Rage Shooting Of 3-Year-Old

No charges have been filed yet, but a 39-year-old suspect is being held in the road rage shooting of a three-year-old girl.  The incident happened Saturday, leaving Brooklyn Harris dead.  The name of the suspected gunman hasn’t been released.  He was arrested after wrecking his S-U-V.  A friend got a restraining order against the suspect last year after she said he physically abused her.
