200 Housing Units Proposed on Madison’s East Side

A proposed apartment building on Madison’s East Side would provide over 200 units of housing. Indiana-based developer KCG Development is reportedly planning to build the Meadowlands Multi-Family Project. The plans include seven townhouses and 216 apartments, all reported to be affordable workforce housing.
