The Manitowoc Committee of the Whole will be gathering in the Council Chambers this evening. The meeting will commence at 6:00 PM, and the only topics listed on the agenda are discussions related to some proposed downtown improvement projects, performance management, and pay recommendations. The public will be allowed to voice their comments at the beginning of the meeting as well.
