Roncalli High School graduate, Mike Ruzek, was the batting and pitching star for the Manitowoc Bandits last night. Ruzek pitched a 5 hitter to go along with 10 strikeouts in the Bandits 10-0, 8 inning victory over the Kewaunee Chiefs at Municipal Field. Mike also went 2-4 at the plate with 4 RBI. Michael Rotier added a solo homer while Chris Casper, AJ Dollinger and Jesse Krueger each drove in runs. The Northeastern Wisconsin Baseball League game also featured an at bat from Bandits head coach, Chris Cisler, who was retired on an infield pop fly. Manitowoc has just two more Home games remaining, with the Denmark Devil Bears next coming to Municipal Field on Monday night for a 7:30 first pitch.
