The Two Rivers East River Planning Gateway Committee will be convening in the Council Chambers in City Hall this evening. At their 6:00 meeting, the committee will be introduced to the planning and design team from SmithGroup, and will get an overview of the planning process, including the planning area, scope of services and deliverables. A discussion will be held regarding issues that need to be addressed in the planning process, and they will take a look, at the preliminary observations, and design concepts presented by SmithGroup.
