For Green Bay Packers backup quarterback DeShone Kizer it doesn’t get any easier. He’s working with his fourth offensive playbook in four N-F-L seasons, though he does have a previous relationship with his new head coach. Matt Lafleur was quarterbacks coach at Notre Dame when Kizer was a freshman. He’s not guaranteed to keep the second-string job, but he’s working on his mechanics and footwork to get ready. It’s also important that he fully understand the new offense under LaFleur so he can make the right decisions.
