There is only one meeting scheduled for this evening in Two Rivers. The Planning Commission will convene in the council Chambers in City Hall at 5:30 PM, and will be considering a couple of Zoning Code Text Amendments, which call for an animal day care to operate in the B-1, 2 and 3 districts, and to repeal and recreate section 10-1-13 entitled “Conditional Uses” to include additional provisions outlined in Wisconsin State Statutes. They will also be reviewing the architectural, lighting and landscaping plans for a proposed fourth self-storage building at 3114 Garfield Street. There may be another Planning Commission meeting on Monday July 22nd as well.
