
Two young men are locked up after an incident early Saturday at the Kwik Trip parking lot in Two Rivers. Police were called to the scene at 22nd and Washington just after 2:00 am. It turned out there had been a traffic incident on Lincoln Avenue near 26th Street and an altercation continued to the parking lot. A verbal argument developed and one of the men confronted the other with a handgun. Both subjects were 21-year-old Two Rivers residents. One was arrested for 1st degree recklessly endangering safety, the other was jailed for operating while intoxicated. No one was injured, and both subjects remain in custody at the county jail.
