The Fourth of July celebration in Manitowoc continues to grow. One of the events this year was a concert by Vic Ferrari on Wednesday night at the Farmers Market grounds across from the public library. Cancer survivor Rob Roseff spearheaded the effort and said it was a fabulous evening:
This was the third year for the pre-Fourth concert in the city. The weather was very favorable and there were no reported problems.
