It is no secret that human trafficking is a huge problem. According to the Human Trafficking Hotline, since 2007 in Wisconsin alone, over 850 victims have been reported, and many more are undocumented. However there is some positive news out of Sheboygan County. Four people have been arrested for their connection to human trafficking. 50 year old Kiel resident Randall Reichert, 54 year old Paul Luy of Plymouth, Sheboygan resident 40 year old Craig Bartus, and 30 year old Shakida Burton of Milwaukee are all now facing misdemeanor prostitution charges. All four were captured after responding to or posting ads online for sex. Luy will be in court today, and the other three appeared yesterday.
