Woman Charged In Brown County Murder Case Returns To Court Next Month

A Brown County Circuit judge has bound a woman over for trial in a murder case from 2013.  Kathryn Friday is accused of lying about her knowledge of what happened to her boyfriend’s wife, Victoria Prokopovitz.  Friday is scheduled to return to court in July.  James Prokopovitz is charged with first-degree intentional homicide.  He was the last person to see his wife alive.  The victim was reported missing six years ago, but her purse, her cell phone, and identification were all found at her home.
