Manitowoc’s City Hall will be a busy place today, as there are three meetings scheduled for today. The Tax Incremental Financing Joint Review Baord will be up first at 1:00 PM. They will gather in the 2nd floor Conference Room to discuss a resolution to adopt TIF District 20. The Board of Public Works will then convene at 4:00 PM in the Council Chambers. They will take a look at the agreement with SC Concrete for a new concrete walkway through Red Arrow Park, a project expected to cost just shy of $25,000. Lastly the Planning Commission will meet in the Council Chambers at 6:00 PM. They will, among other items, be holding their annual review of Animated Signs. These are the final meetings for the week in Manitowoc.
