West Allis Man Charged With Felony Murder

An 18-year-old West Allis man is charged with felony murder in a fatal shooting June 14th.  Officers say they responded to a report of a fight involving gunfire that morning at about 1:00 A-M and found the body of 17-year-old Donvavagn L. Swanagan.  They were told Swanagan was killed during an armed robbery attempt.  Three people were arrested for the crime, including 18-year-old Antonio C. Sanfilippo.  The other suspects are 19 and 27 years old, but their names haven’t been released.
