Franklin Street between South 10th to South 11th St. will be closed to traffic on Wednesday, June 26th. The road is being closed for the replacement of a lead water service and sanitary lateral. It is anticipated that the road will be reopened to traffic by the end of the workday. A detour will be set up to route traffic around the closure.
