FSA to Host Dairy Marin Coverage Program Informational Meeting

The Calumet, Manitowoc, and Sheboygan County Farm Service Agency offices are preparing to host an informational meeting on the Dairy Margin Coverage Program. That meeting will be taking place on Thursday at 7:00 PM at the Millhome Supper Club on Highways 32/57 just east of Kiel. DMC is a voluntary risk management program that offers protection to dairy producers when the difference between the all milk price and the average feed cost falls below a certain dollar amount selected by the producer. The informational meeting will be covering the changes to the program, coverage levels, premium repayments, and several other topics.
