A 20-year-old Milwaukee man accidentally shot himself last weekend when he thought he was about to be robbed. The man’s name hasn’t been released. He tells police he was walking in a northside neighborhood at about 12:30 A-M Saturday when he spotted two people walking toward him. As he tried to pull out his gun, it went off and he was wounded. The man was taken to a hospital to be treated for the wound and he is expected to survive.
