Four Milwaukee relievers combined for five innings of shutout pitching as the Brewers salvaged the final game of the weekend series at San Francisco 5-3. Matt Albers, Junior Guerra, Jeremy Jeffress and Josh Hader allowed just two hits and a walk, with Albers getting the win and Hader earning his 17th save. The victory moves Milwaukee a game ahead of the Chicago Cubs in the National League Central Division standings. Eric Thames and Jesus Aguilar had home runs. Jhoulys Chacin comes off the injured list to pitch tonight’s (Monday’s) game in San Diego.
