UPDATE: Both subjects have been identified
The Manitowoc Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying two subjects. Officer Weyer is asking to speak to the individuals in the photos regarding a retail theft at a local store. The MPD is asking that this information be passed onto family, friends or co-workers in order to help identify these subjects.
