Police: Deported Man Returns To Milwaukee To Run Brothel

When a 39-year-old illegal immigrant was questioned about selling guns and drugs, investigators say he told them about his “other business.”  Jose Facio-Santos had been deported previously.  When he returned to the U-S, in addition to his other criminal enterprises, he admitted running a prostitution business out of a Milwaukee house. Nearly 250 women went through the home in the past five years. Facio-Santos would pick up women at 3 different locations and text a list of people that he had now had “fresh woman”. He has pleaded guilty to three felony counts of selling drugs, illegally possessing firearms and transporting a female in interstate commerce for the purpose of prostitution.
