Graduations and a transfer have coach Greg Gard’s Wisconsin Badgers more than a little thin on the front line. That’s why U-W has been listed as one of nine schools who have contracted Boston University forward Tyler Scanlon as he enters the transfer protocol. Scanlon is six-foot-seven and he averaged almost 14 points, five rebounds and three-point-three assists-a-game. The versatile athlete is a good three-point shooter but hasn’t been playing competition like the Big Ten. Wisconsin is down to just nine scholarship players on its roster.
