A 48 year old Sheboygan County man has been arrested, and is now facing five felonies after he allegedly was taking photos up the skirts of females, both young and old. The arrest was made after a retail store employee informed police that the man, later identified as David Earley of Sheboygan Falls, was using a hidden camera to take photos up the skirts of women and school aged children. The Sheboygan County District Attorney Joel Urmanski praised the actions of the employee saying “if it wasn’t for them, things may still be happening,” Earley, who’s being held on a $50,000 cash bond, has his next court appearance scheduled for Wednesday, June 19.
