A janitor says he was using his work tools to fix the slide on his semi-automatic pistol when the weapon fired. Fifty-nine-year-old Heriberto Martin has been charged with possessing a gun on school grounds. When the gun went off April 5th, the bullet went through a wall and injured a 10-year-old student at St. Josaphat’s Parish School in Milwaukee. The student suffered only a small red mark where he was grazed. Martin could serve up to three-and-a-half years in prison if he is convicted.
