Milwaukee Man Reaches Plea Deal As Trial Starts For Death Of 13-Year-Old Girl

The Milwaukee County prosecutor won’t make a sentencing recommendation in the case of a man accused of shooting into a home and killing a 13-year-old girl.  Isaac Barnes entered a guilty plea to a charge of first-degree reckless homicide as part of a plea deal Tuesday.  The 26-year-old Barnes will be sentenced August 23rd.  Teenager Sandra Parks was in her bedroom last November when the bullet fired by Barnes came through the wall and hit her.
