A Keshena woman has been indicted on charges of involuntary manslaughter for an accident which left one person dead. The indictment alleges 39-year-old Erin Schweitzer was intoxicated at the time. A passenger in her car was killed and two people in a second car were injured in the crash. Schweitzer also faces two counts of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. The accident happened on the Menominee Indian Reservation in the Legend Lake area in April.
