Founder Of Madison’s Rastafari Church Claims He “Can’t Understand”

When the founder of Madison’s Rastafari church showed up for a Dane County Court bond hearing, he asked for a translator.  That request began a bizarre series of events.  Thirty-nine-year-old Jesse Schworck maintained he only understands the language of his private society — a statement he made in English.  Schworck is charged with eight drug charges for allegedly selling marijuana.  He is scheduled to return to court June 19th for a preliminary hearing.
