CEDAR Collaborative, a new Manitowoc-based organization focused on serving clients across Wisconsin and the Midwest improve their community engagement and development, has announced that Mary C. Maurer will serve as their President. CEDAR stands for Community Engagement, Development & Advancement Resources and they provide expertise and resources to help position, grow and advance communities.
