Lieutenant Governor Pays Overdue Parking Tickets

Wisconsin’s lieutenant governor says he has paid a fine for three unpaid parking tickets.  Democrat Mandela Barnes says he had no idea he owed 108-dollars for an improperly registered vehicle, a parking meter violation and for parking too close to a crosswalk.  The unpaid tickets stopped him when he tried to register a vehicle he had owned in the past.  Mandela says he sold it to his mother’s friend in November and had to pay the fine before it could be registered.
