Witnesses say two women had been throwing punches at each other before one of them got into her car and ran over the other one. Fifty-year-old Sandra Rybka faces charges of second-degree reckless homicide with a dangerous weapon, hit-and-run resulting in death and two other charges. She’s accused of driving her car over 55-year-old Carla Gould last week after they had argued. After she was arrested and put in a squad car, Milwaukee police say Rybka wrapped a seat belt around her neck and tried to harm herself.
