Green Bay Prison Employee Facing Charges Related to Delivering Drugs to an Inmate

A Green Bay prison employee will likely be spending some time of her own in a cell, after it was discovered that she was delivering drugs to an inmate, whom which she had formed a relationship. 36 year old Rachelle Ritchie of Green Bay admitted to having a sexual relationship with one of the inmates at the Green Bay Correctional Institution earlier this year, and also admitted to bring drugs into the prison for the unnamed individual.  She is now facing charges of Possession of THC, Manufacture/Deliver of THC (less than or equal to 200 grams) with Conspiracy to Commit, Deliver Illegal Articles to Inmate, and Misconduct/Office-Act/Excess Authority.
