Monroe police say the driver of a van which turned in front of a school bus, causing a four-vehicle accident, has been cited for failure to yield the right-of-way. There were 26 students on the bus when the accident happened shortly before 4:00 P-M Tuesday. Three students were taken to Monroe Clinic Hospital for treatment of minor injuries. Monico Garcia-Mendez was also cited for not having a valid driver’s license.
