The Racine County Sheriff’s Office arrested the driver of a semi last week when he called 9-1-1 to report he was hearing voices. Deputies initially thought the 55-year-old Neenah man was having a mental health problem while he drove on Interstate 94. When deputies spotted open containers of alcohol, and drugs and drug paraphernalia, he was arrested on suspicion of impaired driving. The man’s name hasn’t been released.
