A Janesville man is scheduled to be sentenced in July after pleading no contest to homicide by use of a vehicle and two more felonies. Nathan Leopold had been accused of driving while impaired when he caused a wreck which killed 70-year-old David Leck of Juda and injured Juda’s 12-year-old granddaughter. It’s the second time Leopold has caused the death of another person while he was behind the wheel. He was found guilty in 2002 of the hit-and-run which left a jogger dead in Dane County.
