Driver Arrested For OWI Had Children In His Car

The Wisconsin State Patrol says a 59-year-old driver arrested for operating while intoxicated had children in his car when he was stopped.  Joseph Peters was pulled over Sunday in Marathon County.  Troopers say Peter had two children in the car with him — one four months old and one four years old.  While Peters was being taken into custody, he suffered a medical complication and had to be taken to a hospital.
