A Chilton teen, who is facing several charges in relation to a fatal car crash last December, has pleaded no contest. 18 year old Eaton Brassfield was traveling on Lemke Road in Chilton with a passenger in his vehicle, when he lost control and hit a culvert, before rolling the vehicle. The 21 year old passenger died in the crash. Brassfield was found to have THC in his system at the time of the incident, causing him to be charged with homicide by use of vehicle while using a controlled substance, and causing injury while operating a vehicle under influence of a controlled substance along with 10 other charges, but those were dropped. Brassfield will be sentenced on August 26th
