
A Green Bay man was taken into custody by the Brown County Sheriff’s Office after he was found to be driving drunk in a stolen vehicle. Deputies were sent to the 2300 block of Velp Avenue, on a report of a stolen car just after 10:30 last night. After confirming the car was stolen, it was spotted near Kellog and Kisk Streets in Green Bay. The driver, 39 year old Timothy A. Ireland, lead the Deputies on a short chase, but he eventually crashed into some parked cars in the 300 block of Kelly Jo Drive. Ireland is now facing charges of operating a motor vehicle without the owner’s consent, felony eluding police, 7th Offense OWI, and a probation hold. No one was injured in the incident.
