One of the three adults facing criminal charges in connection with last month’s death of a 2 year old boy in Two Rivers was back in Manitowoc County Circuit Court yesterday. 25-year old Bianca Bush is charged in the case along with the child’s mother, Rena Santiago and David Heiden for the April 26th abuse death of Gilbert Grant the 2nd. Bush faces 2-counts of repeated physical abuse of a child causing bodily harm, child abuse, chronic neglect of a child, allowing use as a place of prostitution, pandering, and possession of THC and drug paraphernalia as party to a crime. A preliminary hearing for Bianca Bush is scheduled for May 31st, when it’ll be determined if there’s enough evidence to have her bound over for trial. Meanwhile, Heiden could enter a plea to the charges again him during an arraignment set for this Friday. Santiago has had an initial appearance set for June 17th.
