Three meetings are scheduled in Manitowoc this evening, as well as one in Two Rivers. The Manitowoc Committee of the Whole will begin the evening at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers in City Hall. They will be going over a few requests, including one from the Fire Department for a new ambulance. Also at 5:00, the Manitowoc Public Library Board will be convening in the board room at the Library, and will take a look at the Drug and Alcohol Policy. Lastly in Manitowoc, the Common Council will occupy the Council Chambers at 6:30 PM. One of their talking points will be in regards to the potential purchase of a pair of electric busses.
Meanwhile in Two Rivers, the City Council will gather at 6:00 PM in their Council Chambers in City Hall. They will enter a closed session to discuss a few items, including possible city assistance to a few economic development projects. That is the only meeting in the Cool City for the week.
