The Sheboygan Police Department has arrested a 25 year old resident of the city of charges related to child abuse. The abuse allegedly began back in February, as a three year old girl was taken to a hospital with life threatening injuries. The child survived after being flown to Milwaukee for treatment and Johnathan Colon was arrested and charged with three felonies. The police also issued a report indicated there were a pair of other instances, where Colon was charged with child neglect, but in both cases the allegations were determined to be unsubstantiated.
