Murder Suspect Said To Have Mental Health Issues

A 41-year-old murder suspect in Milwaukee is said to have mental health issues.  Michael Harris will be evaluated before he goes on trial for charges of first-degree intentional homicide and arson.  Investigators say Harris killed 74-year-old Robert Feldner last Thursday, then set his apartment building on fire.  Harris made a Monday appearance in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday and the judge ordered a competency exam.
