A domestic disturbance on the north side of Manitowoc early this morning escalated into a quarrel between four people and resulted in charges against one of them. Police report they were called to an apartment on North Tenth Street just after midnight to deal with an argument and throwing of objects in a hallway, which involved Kendra Hauschultz and Hailey Grenier. The arrival of three police officers did not stop the disturbance, and it increased to involve Cassandra Woodford and Dylan Grenier. Two more officers were called to the scene to try to establish order. Hailey Grenier’s conduct and resistance led to officers using an electronic stun gun on her, in order to get her to comply with their orders.
The disagreement resulted in seven charges against Hailey Grenier, who was taken into custody. Charges included two counts of disorderly conduct, two counts of resisting officers, and three counts of bail jumping.
