More details have been released, and three people were arrested in Sheboygan surrounding the overdose death that occurred in the Mead Public Library last week. Reports indicate that shortly before his death, an unnamed 28-year-old man had purchased heroin from a 28-year-old man and woman duo. The home at which the duo got the drugs was owned by a 36-year-old man who lived at the home in the 800 block of Bluff Avenue. Each of those three individuals are now facing a variety of charges, however, the SPD has yet to release the identity of the three suspects.
